Re: Visitors in my home?

It all depends on the nature of the crime for which your friend was convicted and whether he appears to be rehabilitated. Obviously, a sex offender or someone convicted for a crime of violence, recently, is going to raise concerns.

Additionally, there is the matter of what your friend does in the presence of the children. Drugs and alcohol raise more concerns. It would also be advisable that, at least initially, discretion be exercised in engaging in sexual relations while the children are in the house.

If your friend was convicted of a white collar crime; is employed and is discrete around the children we have a totally different situation.
