Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my ex wife wants to get a dual citizenship for my 6yr old son, He was born in the US and is a citizen by birth.she is the citizen of ecuador. She may have working papers for this country. We do not have a good relationship and she has on numerous times interfered with my visitation time.My question is should I allow the dual citizenship? I do feel this is a huge problem and may not see my son again. If she decides to take him out and not return, what can the legal systems of this country do to get him back. What should I tell our family judge in essex county who is handling our family case? I allowed her to take him out of the country when he was 3 months old and did not see him for 2 yrs...She however does travel to ecuador every year in the summer holidays. But the main concern is "if my son has dual citizenship and she does not return with him, what can I do, granted the judge opposes my decision of granting dual citizenship?
