Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Is my ex wife legally responsible to sign our joint tax returns when were married? We filed jointly in 2010 but were in the process of going through the divorce which did not happen until 2012. I thought she turned in the 2010 signed to the IRS but she had not and now refuses to sign them so that I can turn into the IRS. Do I have any legal recourse?
