Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
My wife owes child support to her parents, who have custody of her children. She thinks that because she moved here to Canada to marry me, it's a done deal.
It's still an accumulating debt out there, right? I'm anxious about it, even though she seems fairly calm about it

It is a mounting debt which could lead to a bench warrant.
Canada does not admit to the country people with arrest warrsnts.
