Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I have a default judgement issued in New Jersey for $4000 against a person who lives in New Jersey but who banks in Pennsylvania. How do I exercise a bank levy.

If the bank has offices in NJ, you can levy on the account here. If not, you have to have your judgment docketed in PA according to PA procedures. Then you can use PA rules to collect.
