It depends on how the person obtained U.S. citizenship, i.e., whether they derived citizenship through a parent or applied for citizenship via the naturalization process. Assuming you are referring to someone who applied for citizenship via naturalization, you can find the date of citizenship on their naturalization certificate. If the person derived citizenship from a parent, then it's a bit more complicated and I would need more information to help you.
