Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Hi, my fiance is coming here in 1 month from Nigeria. They have just enacted a law by the Central Bank of Nigeria that all departees on outbound flights must have $2500.00 on their person before boarding the plane, is this true ? Also, must she have a KVISA to enter the US for marriage, a green card, and permanant status ?

This sounds like scam. Have you ever met your fiancee in person?

Yes, if you are a US citizen and she is your fiancee, you have to petition for her Fiancee visa by filing a Fiancee visa petition with the DHS. To be able to do so, you have to have proof that you two met in person at least once within the past 2 years.
