Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

We want to sponsor a H1 IT professional for a job in the USA. Our company is 1 years old and we do have sufficient revenue to pay for the paperwork and payroll. Are there any issues or obstacles that you foresee?

Hi,

If your company is an I.T. consulting company, it is important to provide the itinerary, i.e., evidence that your employee will be assigned to x client for a certain period of time. This will generally satisfy the USCIS that your company is capable of paying the offered salary ntoed on the H1B petition to your employee, since presumably your company's client will pay your company the bill rate per hour which is higher than the hourly rate offered to the employee.

You can contact our immigration law firm at [email protected] for guidance.

You may find the basic requirements on my web site here:

It appears you have a solid case for approval but of course, it will depend on the specific details of the applicant, the position, as well as your company.
