Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in New Jersey

My boyfriend and I are both 17 years of age. We have been together for about 3 years and are having a daughter, i'm currently 8 months pregnant. His mother has been trying everything in her power to distroy our lives. She reports him as a run-away, and the police have picked him up from work before because she wants him home. We can't raise our daughter when he can't work because of his mother. Do we have a chance at getting a judge to give us permission to get married so he can be emancipated?

He needs to petition the court to emancipate himself and a judge can grant that.
