Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

If I am driving a box truck that doesn't require a CDL license, and I get stopped by the police if they give me a ticket because the truck is not up to code? The truck didn't have any of the paperwork in it. No insurance or register. Am I responsible for any tickets given since I am just working for the company by making deliveries in the truck they own?

You have to make sure any car you get is in compliance with the law just like if you borrowed a friend's car. I can help you deal with this. The no insurance ticket carries a 1 year loss of DL. Call me at 1-855-9-JEFLAW to discuss.
