Is the employer required to provide parking spots on company grounds? This is in NJ

No, how does that even make sense? Many employers have no parking facility and many that do may choose to reserve spaces for customers, etc. If you have a written employment contract or perhaps an employee handbook that provides for available parking for employees then I would say that right has been established though contract law, but there is no "right to parking" for employees in general.
