Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

told I was fired for making mistakes over 6 months that I was never told about till I was fired they also had no doucmention of the mistakes. I was denied unemployment for simple misconduct. I appealed wat are my chances thanks chris

I agree with Mr. Natoli I would need additional information to provide a proper response, such as, what was your work environment like?

I would also need to know whether you have any witnesses or documentation to dispute your former employer's claim.
