Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

NJ: I have a tenant that I need to get evicted from my home ASAP. I filed an Eviction and had court date yesterday. We signed a Stipulation of Settlement that stated she needed to make a payment today. If she breaches agreement, how should I proceed?

You need to file an affidavit on non compliance.
