Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

I Went to the hospital to deliver baby at 32 weeks due to rare pregnancy complication. Hospital accused me of doing drugs after I came out of major surgery interrogating me, and claims I had a reading on a urine screening that they could not give a straight answer as to when test was taken. They told me their labs never make errors and pretty much said There is no way I'm telling the truth.I gave another urine sample which came up negative and my baby came up negative for drugs in urine and his merconium, but they contacted dyfs anyway even though hospital told me it was over since screening was negative.the hospital staff treated me with zero respect after that, and made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my stay. The nurse came in my room and said "it's time for your next dose of methadone" and when I questioned it they said "oh we have you confused with someone else." When I confronted doctors to tell them that would have been a big mistake they laughed and said "no that didn't happen we don't have methadone here," but I have a witness to them trying to give me the wrong drugs. I declined any med's they gave me and had to suffer through my c section recovery without med's because I didn't trust what they were giving me after that. They then contacted dyfs again 3 weeks later when there was no drugs found on the day my baby was supposed to be coming home. When dyfs came they wondered why they did not release baby to me from nicu because they called her saying baby was ready for discharge days prior and were giving her information about my baby that was different than what they told me. She also stated they were giving her many different stories that were conflicting about where they obtained my urine from and she was confused too with the whole story .the hospital was trying to say I had no prenatal care even though they had my records. When I went for my follow up I asked my regular obgyn to look at the results and he said they were results that were low and are typically seen in a false positive . Shouldn't a big hospital have known that? I feel the hospital was just making judgments about me because they made many comments about how young I look and teen pregnancy to me even though I'm 25 years old. They have ruined what was supposed to be a happy time and turned this into a nightmare for me . Everytime I think of the birth of my child or see another family having a baby it brings back a bad memory of the staff in the hospital . I couldn't just be happy and enjoy my baby like every other family . I will remember it the rest of my life. Was what the hospital did to me legal? If it is something needs to me done so they can't do that to anybody else. I now have an open case with dyfs for someone else's error so it is still not over. is there anything I can do
