Legal Question in Military Law in New Jersey

married & purchased home with husband since 2001 in NJ. the marriage is in complete turmoil, kids & myself are suffering mentally, emotionally, verbally, & academically. I would like to leave the home with kids to another county in state.(15 min-20min. west) . will i be penalized from the court for leaving & filing for child support? The deed & some utilities are in our names & the mortgage is in my husband's name. will i still b responsible for the mortg. & utilities if i leave? my husband gave me a STD during the marriage & i hv only been with him. What can be done legally about this.. I'm stuck. my husband is also navy reservist ( 16+ yrs) & major city bus driver ( 12+yrs). I'm a state govt employee ( 17 yrs)
