Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

If I'm under contract to sell my home and the buyer requests a a mold inspection, am I obligated to allow it. This is after the home inspection which did not mention anything about mold

I need to see what the Contract of Sale says about home inspections before I can respond. Noting for informational purposes only that I once represented a buyer who failed to check for termites, and a subsequent termite inspection determined extensive structural damage that the seller knew about but failed to disclose. This allowed the contract to be terminated. More facts are needed for a response.
