Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

filed bankrupcy and had to pay $10000 to the court because I had two cars in my name with no liens. The one car was gifted when my cousin died. (did not want her to know I filed bankrupcy) The car was used to transport my aunt (cousins mother) who did not drive once a month when I visited. She lives in NY I live in NJ The car was housed at her house. Her neighbor needed to use the car for several months my aunt let her use the car. Did not want to be responsible gifted the car to the neighbor until she could get her own car. Was going to have her sign an agreement to that effect but my aunt got so made that I would not let the neighbor use the car in my name she no longer speaks to me after 3 1/2 years I have been going there every month since my cousins death. Can I request since I paid $10000 to have the car or be reinbursed for the $10000 I paid for the car?
