Legal Question

I purchased a new build house in PA and have already put down the deposit and down payment. The closing is friday however due to unforeseen circumstances I am unable to complete the purchase. I want to get my down payment. I am located in NJ and the house is in PA, I am in need of a real estate attorney to assist me in this matter. Can I get my down payment back? Thank You
