Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I rent a store space for my computer business. I have another 1 1/2 years left on my lease. Recently I received an agreement to sign called "Lease Modification Confidentiality Agreement". I never heard of this form and never signed this form in the past. I emailed my landlord and waiting on a reply about what this is for. Should I be concerned about receiving something like this out of the blue?

Yes, please call my office. If it is not a lengthy document I will review it for you at no charge. I cannot advise you however; without having first reviewed the document.
