Legal Question in Tax Law in New Jersey

Do I have to have an attorney to file a property tax appeal to the State of N.J.? The Ocean county tax board upheld the Assessors assessment. The property is a vacant lot zoned residential single family.

I agree with Jeff. If you handled the initial presentation yourself, it is possible that a skilled attorney in this area could have helped you. Since many of them work on contingency fees (only get paid if they get a result), it should be considered.
