I have a 10 year old taffic ticket driveing while suspend is there a statue of limitations on it

No. There is a time limit to file a traffic summons against you. Your ticket can still be prosecuted, but the Statemay not be able to prove the case against you due to the retirement of thepolice officer or the officer's inability to remember what you look like.
