Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

I was driving and was distracted at the time I hit a curb there was damage done to my vehicle. The police came and gave me a wreckless driving. They also said they smelled alcohol on my breath so then later gave me a field sobriety test. Officer says I failed with a 1 out of 3. Now I am being charged with a driving under the influence and being detained, they take me down to the station and gave me a breathalyzer and I blew .07 What can I expect from this?

You absolutely need an attorney. DWI is a serious charge but you definitely have some positive points which will help you fight the case. The Reckless is also 5 points. I have been handling these kinds of cases for over twenty years. Please feel free to call me. My fees are reasonable and I do not charge a consultation fee. I am very optimistic based on what you have posted that I can help you. (201) 342 5030. This is not something that you should try and handle yourself.
