driving without license

i was sitting in a parked car,car turned off,key in ignition,police came up to me charge me for unlicense driver,i mist a court date,not intentionally,now they say i have to turn myself in,and bail myself back out,but i dont have the money for that what do i do.

I would suggest you get an attorney to help you, but with no money, that'll be pretty difficult. I suggest you hit up some family for some money for the attorney first as he or she may be able to get the warrant thrown out.

You should go to the Court when it is in session and ask to be heard on your warrant. Explain to the judge that you missed court unintentionally and ask that he lift the warrant and not require bail. Do this as soon as possible.
