Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

In Englewood, NJ I was issued a ticket for not presenting a 'valid' license(my CA license has expired and I await my new one in the mail). The written ticket has many errors from my sex to my middle initial to the wrong expiration date of my license. If I contest in court how do I get it thrown out because of this? Or reduced at least?

Errors on tickets can be fixed. Its clearly you. You will have to talk to the prosecutor

I go to Englewood Municipal Court quite a bit and minor errors can be corrected on the record. The prosecutor will not toss the ticket because of that and neither will Judge Dow. I am not clear if you recieved an expired license 3-10 or some other form of infraction like a 3-40, Driving While Suspended. Go to Court and speak to the prosecutor. If you want feel free to call and I can tell you better what you might expect but they will not dismiss the ticket just because you feel the officer made some errors in writing up the ticket.
