Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Hello,

I got a traffic ticket in New Jersey for being on my cell phone while driving. I did not go to court so now I have a bench warrant for my arrest. At the time I was living in Maryland and was only visiting New Jersey and that was in 2010, six years ago . However, I just moved to New Jersey and do not know what to do.
