Police pulled over for no reason in nj i gave my liscense its from seatle wa i was driving my friends car register in nj and they gave 3 tickets 39:3-15 improper use out of state registration, 39:3-17.1 non resid driver after become a resident , 39:3-9b failured to put street address in dl aplication
Can i fight for this 3 tickets ?? Im in nj just for vacations
