Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

I received two summonses in Newark in March, 23:3-1 and 39:3-29B. I rejected their plea deal and took a trial date. Officer did not appear, the judge dismissed both tickets, but court records don't reflect me ever being there that day. Summones still open and License suspension looming. Court proceedings are audio taped so I really just need tape from that day pulled. Impossible to get anyone at Newark Court to answer phone much less do anything. Any ideas?

sounds like you are stuck at this point. summonses still open means the judge's decision to dismiss the tickets did NOT make it into the court records.

i know this is not good, but you should consider getting a lawyer to fight this for you.
