Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

I just received a ticket. 39:4-94.2B driving a veh upon closed section of highway. Does this carry points? My ticket says I have to appear in court. Is this something I can fight as I did not see the sign that said do not enter. I was leaving my daughters class trip and when I looked to the right I saw a main road and when I looked to the left the road was going deeper into the school campus. So I made the left and did not see a do not enter sign (that unfortunately was there...I just didn't see it).

it would appear that this ticket could be as many as 5 points. I would suggest that you retain an attorney who may be able to plea bargain and reduce it. I have handled many such cases and would be happy to represent you.
