Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I got a ticket for handicapped parking. The court appearance box is NOT checked, yet when I go online to pay the ticket, I see "This ticket is not eligible for payment", a court appearance date/time and payment due $0.00.
Is this is a mandatory court appearance? Also this is my first offense.
