Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Two attorneys are currently acting as administrators to my mother's estate because my two brothers were named co-executors but could not get along. Do I have a right as a third beneficiary to progress reports and information regarding assests accumulated, distributed, etc., that are being held in an estate account that has been established? This is in New Jersey.

Every beneficiary has a right to an accounting of income and expenses and should receive periodic progress reports as well. The sad thing you have described is that the Executors could not get along and the attorneys are now doing everything. This, unfortunately, increases expenses and will reduce the ultimate estate to be distributed.
