Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

I am Executor of my mother's will... since 2006 my siblings and I have owned her house, and all the contents of her house... after my mother passed away, all of us were to go to that house, and decide what we wanted and what to donate... instead, my siblings went down and ransacked the house, and even took my own personal items that were there... we are selling the house... but to protect them from stealing even more things, as Executor (and therefore protector of the house?), can I change the locks before more things disappear? I have emailed all of them (they don't talk to me) and as usual, they totally ignore anything I say.... which was that all those things taken MUST be returned IMMEDIATELY... and should I report all this to the police?... I have pictures of early July when everything was there, and a new set taken last week of the stripped house...

thank you for any advice...
