Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My father died over two years ago and my sister was executor and hired an attorney to probate the will. I have contacted the lawyer several times looking to get info on settlement of the will but he tells me he can not complete this because my sister still owes him info. The will states what is remaining is to be divide among the three children. My sister and I do not speak any longer as I know she was taking money for her personal use. What can I do without spending a lot of money because I know there wasn't much but I would like to see a summary of what there was and where it went.

If nobody will give you answers, you will have to file a Complaint in Court to compel the executor to account. It can be a fairly expensive exercise, but oftentimes, especially if the executor has acted improperly, the expense will be charged to the estate or against the executor personally.
