Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

I was hurt on the job and I am employed by a company in New Jersey. I have seen the workmans comp Dr and he has me doing physical therapy. Should I get paid to visit the Dr and do my physical therapy or is this something on my time or require me to use my sick time?

The workers compensation insurance is only required to provide you with free medical care - it is up to you to try and schedule the sessions with the doctor in a way that won't interfere with your work. More than that, I would like to discuss your case with you to talk about how I can help you get a monetary settlement for your injury once all your medical treatment is done. Please call me for a free consultation. Thank you.
