Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

can i have a motion for a preliminary injunction heard immediately in workers comp court to stop the ins company from changing providers until my emergent motion is heard next week

No. There are only certain statutorily defined motions that can be filed in workers compensation court and this is not one of them. In addition to this, it doesn't matter if the company changes carriers. Whichever carrier covered them when you were injured on the job will still be covering your case even if the company chnages carriers.
