If you are talking about temporary disability payments, then the insurance company from your first job can cut off your temporary disability payments if their doctor clears you to go back to work, even if it is on light duty. If you are talking about getting a permanent disability award for the injury from the first job then it is not affected by your second job. I would like very much to talk to you so I can tell you how I can help you get a permanent disability award (meaning a money award) on your workers compensation case. Please call me to talk about this. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
