Legal Question in Business Law in New Mexico

I would like to know how I would go about retreving money back from a auto paint shop..for $4500.00, I have all in writing,I just want my car back,painted or not...it's bin over a year....Thanx..Isaac

File suit in small claims court. In Albuquerque it is the Metropolitan Court at 2rd & Lomas. They will provide all forms necessary, but cannot give legal advice.
