Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
My dad was arrested in september 19 2010 in Las Cruces, NM. Looks like he had a warrant for his arrest in clovis NM for a bounced check intend to defraud in 2001, but he didnt know anything about it he's been living in fort lupton, CO since 2000 so he never new anything about if he got any letters by mail. He's still in Dona Ana detencion center in Las Cruces, NM, what can we do to get him out?
