Under age dating
I want to know if it is legal to date an eighteen year old man if I am fifteen? I need to know if this can happen since he is over age and I am under age.

In Tennessee, he can go to jail. You may want to consult with a New Mexico attorney about this situation and you will probably want to reclassify your question as criminal law in nature. It does not really fit the profile of discrimination cases.

A female under the age of 18 may not legally consent to sexual acts with someone over the age of 18. A minor keeping company with someone over 18 may encounter a great deal of resistance from family, but if there is no sexual activity involved there is no law against it, although contributing to the deliquency of a minor is a crime which is often pursued if the adult provides the minor with alcohol, drugs, or other illegal activities.
