Re: Ex wife contimpt of court with child

You need to file a motion to enforce the visitation

or parenting plan. Simply copy the heading of the

papers from your final decree and make a title called

"Motion to Enforce Parenting Plan" and then type

out and say what you have said here. The more specific

you can be about when and where events have happened

the better it will be for the judge to understand

exactly what you are saying. File the document with

the clerk's office and file a document called a

Request or Notice of Hearing (That document is in

the NM Statutes so you can see what the form looks

like). After that you'll go to court, she'll go

to court and the judge will listen to both of you

and then make a decision.
