Legal Question
How long is the statue of limitations for a psychiatric misdiagnosis? When a person is misdiagnosed for a mental illness and is treated for the mental illness and the person finds out later by specialists,that the initial diagnoisis was wrong. Yet the person was held against thier will in a mental institution.
