Legal Question
I sent the title of my car that I sold to a woman in Virginia for half the cost we areed on in good faith. She has not paid the car in full as of yet which was supposed to be done two weeks ago and is non responsive. What recourse do I have? Can I take her to small claims court to recoop the rest of the money she owes me for the car? We have an online/email contract.
