Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Mexico

Myself & 4 other women are tenants of the same apt complex. Some of our rents our subsidized by tax credits. The maintenance man here is a total creep. He trespasses upon us, invades our privacy, and sexually harasses many tenants. He retalliates against naysayers by fabricating lease violations, etc to report to apt mngr or corp office, various other trivial annoyances, as well as calling the police for ludicrous reasons. We have a lawyer that is helping us 2 write a letter to the mngr @ the corporate office. Our goal: a replacement for him, and hope his replacement isn't worse than he is. What should the legal process look like that should be followed under these circumstances? Can we sue? What should we expect 2 be dragged through during this process? i.e.: eviction, having 2 retell our respective "war stories" with...? ... whomever ?... etc.
