Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Mexico

HOA board bember harassing another member

I am a volunteer board member of a homeowners association and the only female member of the Architectural Control Committee, which is an independent entity (i.e., it exists whether the association exists), although operating under the HOA umbrella and resources. The chair of the ACC has been calling my emails to the committee ''spam,'' and has termed them ''little'' and on a ''personal agenda'' (doing so with his email to the entire committee). For example, I recommended some agenda items (just like four of the men did), and the chair called mine ''spam,'' and then gave me a direct order that all my ''little'' emails must go through him and he will determine whether they are sent to the entire committee. I can't do my job that way, and he knows that. Everything he has accused me of are the very things he allows the other male members to do. He has done this for a month now. He has now crossed the line, threatened to remove me, and has maligned my reputation as a highly knowledgeable and dependable member of the board. Other than filing a formal charge of sexual harassment with the board president, what can I do?
