Re: Suspended Licese

It is a misdemeanor to drive w/o a license and each time you do it is a worse offense. As such it would be highly advisable to have an experienced attorney representing your interests and defending your rights in court. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. Re: Suspended Licese

This may be treated very seriously, and as a result of the multiple times the DA may seek to impose the maximum sentence... the question then becomes why was your license originally suspended, and why were you stopped this last time... there may be quite a few defenses associated with such a stop. However, you're not giving too many facts for me to give you a full answer.
