Legal Question in Banking Law in New York
what to do since my brother took the life insurance check in the amount of $29,432.13 that came in my name but to my fathers address after my mother passed away, signed it, put it into my chase checking account then used one of my checks wrote a check out to himself for $29,000.00 and signed my name on the check put it into his account and it cleared?

You can contact the police and bank about this illegal activities and sue him for his actions.
