Legal Question in Banking Law in New York
if you find that your banking account have been emptied by a treasurer. what can i do legally to press charges.

You are missing important facts.
Obviously, this isn't a personal bank account.
As a corporate entity or LLC, etc. The appropriate officer(s) has to authorize the hiring of an attorney and a subsequent lawsuit. If the entity has insurance, the officer(s) may consider filing a claim on the theft.
