Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
6 years after the 1st filing or after the dicharge to re file
Do I have to wait 6 years,to file a second chapter 7, from the date of the first filing or the date of the discharge. The difference for me was 7 months to finally get the discharge.

The time period is from discharge to discharge.
