Legal Question in Business Law in New York

I have a client who has been ignorin my messages and has excuses why she cant pay. I gave her more time and she goes out of reach and she contacts me a month later out the blue. She doesnt seem like she is going to pay and is looking for an excuse to not pay such as not liking the product outcome. Shes trying to act like this is stressful on her. That her bills, life and children are more important. Is there a way to end the back and forth games or am i subject to she paying whenever she feels like or she not pay since she doesn't like the product and walk away with it for free.

Yes, sue her in court. If you win, you can garnish her wages and place liens on her assets.

Before suing a local attorney can send a demand letter. Many times a letter from an attorney can "encourage" debtors to pay. If the demand letter does not work out, then you could sue. You could also retain a collection agency.
