Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Corporation looking to barter
Hello,

My corporation is involved in a lot of services but since we are just starting out we cannot afford to use money on getting a ''terms of service'' drafted for our website.

I know a lot of lawyers probably already have these handy and want to know if any would be willing to write this for us in exchange for Web design or Programming? Once our website is up you will see just how advanced we are and that this would be a good trade.
