A certain Internet Service Provider disclosed/gave access to financial and account information to a person who is not on my account. I need an example/specific law they are breaking.

Thanks for your question. Whether or not you have any kind of private right of action here depends on the facts, which we do not have. And even if one exists, the bigger question is whether it would be in your interests to do anything about it.
